About Us
Operating since 1988, we are dedicated to providing exceptional education and for children and their families.
We are a not-for-profit organisation and our service is licensed to care for 39 children daily, aged from birth to six years.
With two indoor learning spaces:
- the 0-3-year-old room for the youngest learners, the babies and toddlers and
- the 3-5-year-old room for the preschoolers and older children in their year before school.
We also have a large outdoor learning space that is shared by all age groups.
We offer a nurturing environment supported by qualified educators committed to your child's growth and development.

We are committed to serving you for 49-50 weeks each year, with a scheduled annual shutdown during the Christmas and New Year.
Our office hours are from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Please remember, there are no charges for gazetted public holidays or during our annual shutdown period.

Our fees are charged at a flat daily rate determined by the Management Committee.
Casual attendance days for enrolled families are also billed at this full rate.
Please note that our daily fee does not include the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), but if eligible, the amount charged will be lower.
Additionally, you may qualify for the NSW Start Strong Long Day Care Fee Relief subsidy; please check with our service for eligibility.
An enrolment bond fee is required and will be refunded during your last two weeks of enrolment. The enrolment bond is the full fee times by the number of days attending times by two weeks.
There is an Association Fee of $25 per year and a yearly incursion levy of $40 per child.

Management Structure
Elermore Vale Community Preschool and Early Learning Centre operates as a community-based, not-for-profit service, structured as an Incorporated Association.
Our organisation is managed by a dedicated Voluntary Parent Management Committee, typically comprising 4-5 office bearing members, including a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Other positions on the Committee are the Staff Liaison Officer and then general members.
Each year, during our Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in March, a new committee is elected, allowing parents the opportunity to re-elect members or choose new representatives.
Membership in the Association is open to all families, who play a vital role by attending the AGM and voting for their preferred committee members.
